Trip to Verona

Would you like to spend a Sunday in an Italian city from the priceless cultural heritage?
AEGEE has the solution for you and brings you to VERONA, UNESCO World Heritage Site and always been a meeting point for culture and traditions, which is famous for its historical buildings. We are going to visit the famous Arena, the home of Juliet, its ancient bridges, the Cathedral, the famous Piazza Bra and piazza of Herbs with their medieval buildings related to the family of the Scala. And then we’ll go to the Piazza della Signoria (also known as Piazza Dante) that hosts typical shops and locals. We’ll dive into a fairytale atmosphere, where you, as like Romeo and Juliet, in this city of love, will kiss under the mistletoe held with a steady hand by the statue of Dante. Furthermore, you’ll have the chance to visit the famous Xmas markets of the city, a good occasion to buy some nice gifts!
